Saudi Investment Recycling Company (SIRC), the executive arm for waste management from the Government of Saudi Arabia, a key player in the initiative, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) in the Kingdom.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
