Former Swiss Federal Councillor Joseph Deiss today conducted a ceremony marking the reopening of the Alpina Mountain Resort & Spa in Tschiertschen, a romantic mountain village in Graubünden canton, Switzerland. The boutique hotel, built in 1897, remains faithful to it's original Art Nouveau style and now restored offers guests comfort in keeping with the times.​
