HOFFMANN TRANSFORMS INTO SE AND APPROVES CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

Munich, 19 December 2017 – Hoffmann, Europe’s leading system partner for quality tools, turned itself into a European Company (Societas Europaea = SE), effective 7 December 2017. As part of its transition and to support its strategic transformation changes to the Board of Executive Directors have been approved.

The Supervisory Board of Hoffmann SE has appointed Annette Stieve to the Board of Executive Directors of Hoffmann SE, effective 1 January 2018. Annette Stieve will be responsible for Finance & General Services. Stieve comes from French company Faurecia, an international leading automotive supplier where she was Managing Director of the German subsidiary last. Until end of 2017, she is still in charge as CFO of Faurecia Group’s European region.

The Supervisory Board of Hoffmann SE has also appointed Borries Schüler to the Board of Executive Directors of Hoffmann SE, effective 1 January 2018. Schüler will be responsible for Strategic Product Management. He has been working with Hoffmann since 2002, leading the company’s biggest product segments last.

Also effective 1 January 2018, Member of the Board of Executive Directors of Hoffmann SE Siegfried Neher will assume responsibility for the new Executive Board Function Human Resources (HR) & Strategic Transformation. Neher has been with Hoffmann since 1997 and has led different areas of responsibility in the past.

Effective 1 January 2018, the Hoffmann’s Board of Executive Directors consists of six members with roles and responsibilities as follows:

 

  • Dr. Robert Blackburn, Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors & CEO: Senior Executive HR & Organization, Corporate Communications,
    Corporate Development, Compliance Management, Legal.
  • Martin Reichenecker, Member of the Board of Executive Directors: GSA (Germany, Switzerland, Austria), Europe, Asia & Marketing.
  • Dr. Christoph Steiger; Member of the Board of Executive Directors: Americas and Digital Business.
  • Borries Schüler, Member of the Board of Executive Directors: Strategic Product Management.
  • Siegfried Neher, Member of the Board of Executive Directors: HR & Strategic Transformation.
  • Annette Stieve, Member of the Executive Board of Directors: Finance & General Services.
